April Craziness

Josh took the boys to the Salisbury Zoo over his Spring Break, where they enjoyed a picnic lunch.
The otters are always a favorite!
 Dudes at the zoo.
Also during Spring Break, we went up to visit Jared, Gina and crew, and went to a place called Family Fun Oasis.  There was this indoor obstacle course with foam balls and guns to shoot them - everyone had a blast!  Ryan absolutely loved this gun, and enjoyed shooting Daddy and Uncle Jared as they ran around down below.
Evan and Leah also having a great time.
Who doesn't love an ice cream sandwich??
Evan started his weekly gymnastics class at the beginning of April.  He is the only boy in his class, and thoroughly enjoys it every week!  Here he is in the bottom left corner, perfecting his bridge.
Boys helping Daddy spread some mulch.
The boys climbed onto the same couch cushion and insisted that I take their picture.  Okie doke!  :o)
Pop-Pop fishing with the boys at the ditch near our house.
Ryan enjoying the first lawn mower ride of the season.
 Evan loving his ride too!
Making peanut butter bird feeders at the Earth Day event at Killen's Pond.
Evan loves to pick flowers and then put them in little bit of water so they don't die.  Such a budding horticulturist

The branches sort of blend in with the background, but Evan was pretending he was a deer.
Ryan planted his earth day tree, with a little help from Daddy.  (See the little yellow flag sticking up next to him...)
 Evan's Earth Day tree.
For Mom-Mom and Dad-Dad's 40th Anniversary, we invited them to go see Noah at Sight and Sound in Lancaster, PA.  Our family picture before the show began:
Guess who's excited to see Noah??  :o)
Spending the next morning wandering around the Hershey Restaurant and Inn after breakfast, and I decided to give the boys a ride on my buggy.
We found some animals to feed near the Strasburg Railroad.  Apparently the sheep like dandelions.
Ryan didn't want to give up his flowers so easily.
Getting ready for the train ride.
 Enjoying the scenery!
Whew - relaxing with Mommy after a BUSY weekend!!

Happy Easter!! (And other March activities...)

Usually it is Josh, but this time, it was I who could not turn down these awesome Batman sunglasses for the boys!
Ryan caught wind that it was bath night, so he ran upstairs and stripped his clothes off.  When Josh found him, he was hiding between the toilet and the cabinet because in his attempt to go potty on his own, he peed all over the floor.  Good effort, Ryan!  :o)
He was rewarded with big boy underpants afterwards!  He likes to wear them, "like Evan."

Small One in the woods.
Evan diligently stuffing eggs for the church Easter basket.
Ryan's look of concentration as he also helps with the eggs.
Pop-Pop's rope swing that he hung up in our woods.  The boys need some more leg strength, or something to sit on.  This lasts about two seconds before he falls off every time.  :o)
 The boys and Pop-Pop.
The boys helping Daddy with the flower beds around the house.
They like when they get to dig with their little shovels.
Here is the start of my belly pictures - at 20 weeks.
We busted out the Auntie Anne's pretzel making kit, and the boys got to sprinkle (or more like douse) their pretzels with the cinnamon sugar.
Halmoni and Pop-Pop came over to help the boys dye Easter eggs.
Finished product!
Easter morning baskets!
Egg hunt #1 of the day.  Ryan shows off his egg.
And he's super excited that there's candy in the egg!
 Evan found one hiding...
And he, too, was super excited about the candy!  :o)
Easter morning family photo.
Evan opening his Easter basket from Halmoni and Pop-Pop, complete with a chocolate bunny and a new friend, who he totes everywhere!
 Ryan checking out his loot.
Easter egg hunt #2.  We like to roll with the Wal-Mart bag as our baskets...  :o)
 More candy!
