January Update

I guess it's time to put up some more pictures for the month of January!! Sorry the pictures are so few and far between these days!
Here, Evan is showing everyone that it's okay for boys to play with pink toys! :o) He's also showing off his fabulous flannel shirt, hand-picked by his daddy.
Evan already knows how to find ESPN on the TV with the remote!

Whew -- thank goodness we pointed out that seatbelt to dear ole Dad! Now we can enjoy the swing!! :o)

Three Months

Wow -- I cannot believe that Evan is three months old already!! The time has flown by, and I am sad that I will return to work on Monday morning. I will miss hanging out with my boy all day!!
Evan has grown so much in the past month. He does not have a doctor's appointment this month, so we do not get an official height and weight measurement, but he is defiintely growing! He is almost out of his three month clothes and has moved on to size two diapers.
Luckily, Evan was a Blue Hen fan at birth!

Melvin the Giraffe keeps Evan company during tummy time.

Evan ponders the meaning of life with Grandpop.

I forgot to mention the seatbelt when Josh put Evan in his swing. Luckily, he didn't fall ALL the way out... :o)

Evan is enjoying his air seat while working on his neck muscles. Cousin Leah showed him up with her head control!! :o)

Merry Christmas!

We were so blessed to have all of both of our families around for this holiday season. Here are some pictures of our busy week!
This is our first Christmas Day family photo. Josh found this sweater and has decided that it will be worn by him all day on Christmas every year from now on. I'm sure Evan will be proud! :o) (Evan, however, did not manage to stay in his red "First Christmas" onesie for the picture.)
Aunt Lina helped him show off his new hat!
Little Miss Leah on Christmas Morning -- how cute?!
Evan and Leah enjoying some QT floor time together. The seven week age gap was quickly closed by Evan in size... he has surpassed her!
Enjoying flying around with Aunt Gina.
Kate was trying to help Evan with his pacifier (and a little help from Grandmom Judy).
I'm not even going to try to attempt to discover what level of cousins Evan is with Ethan and Madison, but we're all family! :o) Madison was great help with feeding Evan before the Hertzog family Christmas party.

Prepping for Christmas

In his blog debut, Dozer shows that he really is a curious kitty. I walk away for one second to find some tape... :o)
Josh was also the Super Star cookie decorator! We both helped his mom decorate cookies at her house,
then decided to bake some of our own. Josh has clearly had way too much icing!!
