Happy Easter!

The boys enjoying some bounce house action at the Eagle's Nest Church "Egg-stravaganza"!
Evan's fourth and final visit to fill those cavities.  Here he is hanging in there like a champ as they work to fill those "cavity bugs" in his teeth.
And of course, some Dunkin Donuts as a reward for being so awesome - we are so proud of him!  He never even so much as flinched in his seat.  (We are also quite thankful for such an awesome dentist as well!)
Snow.  Yes, on April 16... you know, the day after we planted our spring flowers.  :o)
Egg dying time!  Ryan getting some help from Pop-Pop:
Evan is patiently waiting on his red egg.
 Triple trouble!
 Easter family photo 2014.
Chocolate chips in the eggs - can it be??
Evan didn't mind getting the tough-to-reach ones.
Maybe a little dirt on that one?  :o)
 Yay for Easter!
Egg cartons all filled up, as well as their bellies!
Ryan has become obsessed with finding beetles and ants and watching them.  He can literally sit there for hours and watch his can of critters.
Showing Aunt Erica his cool beetle-of-the-day.
Kate once again in her glory as she made Ethan all cozy in the stroller and pushed him all around the yard.  Ethan just soaks it up!

February and March

Evan had to take four trips to the dentist to fill EIGHT cavities.  Yes, that's right - 8!!!  The dentist tried to reassure me that his teeth were perfectly clean but some kids are just prone to cavities.  So, with each pair of molars, a hole was forming between them that needed to be filled before we affected something causing permanent damage.  So, we braced ourselves, gave Evan a pep talk, grabbed beagle, and went for it.  Here is his first novacane shot:
His face is a little numb, but absolute rock star for his first fill (and the remaining 3!)!
Cousins in reindeer jammies after Jack's birthday party.
A nice walk in the woods.
 Ethan loves his bath time!
 Cruising.
 My boys!
Boys, boys and more boys! ... aka, Pop-Pop's basketball team.  :o)
Kate and Ry love to get the see-saw going, and Evan is personally a fan of the "butt swing," as he calls it.
Kate loves to care for babies, and she definitely loves to spoil Ethan!
Continuing to be spoiled by his big brother.  No wonder this boy took almost 8 months to learn to feed himself!
 Such a sweetie!

January

To say we had a snowy winter was a severe understatement!  Because of the snow, though, we were able to enjoy a lot of snow days home with the boys.
The boys made their own snowmen.
The boys enjoyed Disney on Ice so much last year, we decided to revisit this year.
Halmoni and Pop-Pop with the littles.
Little and Big - such good friends already!
Ethan is already establishing his own way of doing things.  He can no longer just sit in the seat... he has to prop his legs on sides to make sure he is super comfortable.  To this day, this is how he chooses to sit in the seat.  Silly boy!
The dudes each have their own pair of scissors upstairs.  They are awesome at cutting shapes and little itty bitty things.  They also discovered they could cut their hair...  which they thought they were being helpful, but...  yeah, not really!!
Halmoni's trouble makers each day - Ethan and Kai.
And to make up for our balmy start to the winter (see December post), we had a frigid middle and end of winter.  Yes, there is a negative sign in front of the 6...
Ethan had to borrow Pop-Pop's hat to stay warm!!
