Memorial Day Weekend

We started Memorial Day weekend off by heading over to Towson.  The kids' table - lively as usual...  :o)
Then Kate introduced Evan to "roof ball".  Silly goobers!

Judy cousins taking up the swings at the park.  (Jack and Ryan sporting the kiddie swings furthest away, and Leah, Kate, Evan and Isaac rounding out the crew on the big kid swings.)
A hot morning at the park was relieved by some pool time!
In honor of Mom-Mom and Dad-Dad's 40th Anniversary, the kiddos prepared a little ditty:
After all the excitement, a movie captured all of their attentions and allowed us all to settle down a bit before heading home.
Then on Sunday we headed over to Caden's house to play and celebrate Halmoni's birthday.  Once again, it was the perfect weather for some pool time.
And a little slip 'n slide action!

For those keeping tabs, Evan still sneaks out of his room every night to finish out his sleeping hours on his Cars couch.  Lately, however, he prefers Daddy's chair...

Busy weekend!

The boys enjoying a "picnic" with their play food.  And yes, they're eating train and trucks too!  :o)
Evan's new love is watching this ancient animated Batman series while wearing his new Batman jammies.
Dr. Evan M. Judy.  I like the sound of it!  :o)
Friday must have been wear orange day...
Wandering over to the farm on Friday evening, we enjoyed an impromptu family tractor ride.  The boys absolutely loved it!
On Saturday we were able to enjoy the annual Woodbridge Festival.  Both boys dearly loved the bounce house!!
I think Evan is ready for some "Shell We Golf" this summer!
Ryan might need a little more practice... plus, I'm not sure which is taller - Ry or the putter...  :o)
Two years ago, Evan tried to ride this duck train by himself.  He also looked like they do now as the train pulled away...
But when the train returned two years ago, Evan was hiding under his hat sobbing.  Ryan, with no hat, chose to hide behind Ev!  No tears though, so we're making progress!! :o)
Then, Evan and I took off from the Festival and headed up to Gym Starz gymnastics arena for a birthday party.  Evan had an absolute BALL, as everything (including the floors) was bouncy!
He also took a turn on this zip line probably about 6 or 7 times.  Crazy boy!
And with no nap in between all the excitement on Saturday, he quickly fell asleep on the way home.
Then today, the boys helped Daddy as he used the five-wheeler to load and move logs around our property.
Another of Evan's favorite activities is knocking down dead trees in the woods.  He learns from the best!
We finished the day with a cook out with Mom-Mom and Dad-Dad, but the camera failed to make an appearance to capture the moments. Whew - what a busy weekend!!

Happy Mother's Day!

While I realize that none of the children are looking in this photo, all adults are - and that is impressive in itself!  :o)  So, here's the mommas with their babies.
Splashing boys!  I'm sure Pop-Pop's pool will be hopping this summer with these three fish!!
Earlier in the day, Ryan patiently waited his turn to try out this tricycle.  Conclusion?  It's a little big...  :o)
Our order of lights and fans for our new house came in this week.  Whew - that looks like a lot of installing to do...  and apparently, we like to keep our air circulated in the Judy household!  :o)

You know, I try not to ask too many questions...  :o)
The boys were playing with play-doh nicely, so I ran down the hall to get ready for the day.  I came back to Ryan with a blue tongue...  gee, I wonder what happened...
I was finally able to line up a play date with my friend Jenn this past Friday, and Ryan found a new partner in crime - Finn!
Evan found a new friend... a baby daddy-long-leg spider.  He played with it for about 30 minutes before he let him rest on the rocks and "go to sleep".
Evan showing off his new blue bedroom!
Ryan posing in his upcoming green bedroom.
Teaching Halmoni how to keep it alive during the day with a little Ring-Around-the-Rosie!  :o)
