More Craziness

Week 32... apparently the whole Evan sitting on the step while I get my picture taken was a nice thought...
The first night in the new bed. Whoopsie. Good thing we thought ahead to put some pillows down! :o)
Helping Dad plant the next crop of greenbeans.
The picture doesn't quite illustrate the amount of grass covering this naked boy running through the sprinkler...
Whoa, baby, that's a big watermelon!! :o)
This from far away...
Is this close up!

While we were away this weekend, a storm blew our little pool blew over our house and landed about seven houses away. Imagine our surprise when we're driving home and laughing at someone's pool in the ditch, but we actually got home, we realized yeah, that was ours...

Video Palooza

We stopped by to play with my friend Stephenie's new puppies -- a German Shephard and a Golden Retreiver (sooooooo cute!!). Ev was trying to help them "drink" from a cup.

Let's hope that Evan swings his little brother this nicely. "Ready? Wee!!!!!"

When you actually want to change his diaper, he runs and hides behind the couch...

Brrm brrm!!

This and That

Josh's proudest moment of the week: consuming an entire carton of Breyer's Smooth and Dreamy Chocolate Chocolate Chip ice cream in 49 minutes, and then actually thinking about starting another...
Ev catching up on his Newsweek...
Whoa, that's a big tractor!
Showing off his shades! (They had little baseballs right on the outside of the eye piece that matched the outfit quite nicely!)
Josh and I were concerned that Evan would have a little bit of an issue giving up his toddler bed/crib to another room and staying in a big boy bed. Clearly, our doubts were unwarranted!!

Pool Time!!

To continue the tradition of last summer, Evan absolutely loves the pool!! Starting off a little calm with a family photo.
Going a little crazy splashing Dad.
More splashing!!
Cool new boat that Pop-Pop blew up for him.
The boat was definitely a hit! :o)

Fourth Generation Farm Boy

Continuing on the fourth generation of Judy Brother's Produce, Evan helps to tote fresh-picked veggies on the five-wheeler.
Helping Mom-Mom and Dad-Dad pick flowers. Gomp is his speciality.
The most important job... chucking bad peppers in the road!

Whew. We need a break!

Another Week in July

It was a super hot week this past week, so there aren't many fun pictures. When the temperature let up a bit in the evenings, we would venture outside for a short stint. I spotted an itty-bitty-kitty in this tube, and Josh pointed it out to Ev. Poor kitten didn't have a chance... at least the tube was super long so he could escape to the other end for a bit before making a break for it later!
Evan is obsessed with seeing "baby" on the computer, which is more or less viewing pictures and especially videos of himself and other familiar faces.
We took a trip over to Towson on Saturday to visit Jess, Jenn and Kate. Kate was helping Evan trace his hand on his placemat at Red Robin.
Playdoh with Kate and Mom-Mom!
Rockin, rockin! Kinda already has that look on his face like he fell off his rocker, doesn't he?? :o)

Happy Fourth of July!!

We took Evan to the beach this morning so that he could play in the sand. He particularly liked filling up the bucket with his little shovel, emptying it, and starting all over again.
Cooling off in the water with Dad.
Snack time!
Then we went to my aunt's house for a little picnic. Evan was pretty smitten with my cousin's daughter Lauren, and he was happy to oblige to her requests.

And would it be the Fourth of July without some Yuengling! (That's totally something I would say, right? Right...)
The night before, we took Ev to our friends Matt and Evelyne's house, where he got to play with her duck, Chandler.
What do you get when a small one is obsessed with putting on his boots and his various hats? Apparently, a small one on Safari!! :o)

Week 28

I was told that this was a terrible shirt to wear to show my belly, but oh well... I was having an okay hair day and Ev was semi-cooperating, so it is what it is! :o)
