Old Favorites

We really have nothing new to share. Ev is still loving his swing! :o)
Then working up an appetite, and trying to help feed himself.
Whew, and a bath!

And all of this tuckers mom out! I decided to take a nap, and this is how Josh found me. The kitties decided to join me, since it is the only time we get to cuddle these days. :o)

A day in the life...

Evan went to the doctor last week for his four-month check up. He weighed in at 13 lbs 13 oz and measured 25.5 inches long, putting him slightly below average in weight and slightly above in height. All in all, we're hanging out in the average zone. :o)
.
Now that Evan is four months old, his personality is really shining through. He plays a lot more and has the funniest little chuckle.
.
Evan enjoys exploring his Dad's face, who has lost his glasses to this activity more than once... :o)

Evan LOVES being in his bouncy seat/swing thing that attaches to the door jam. Huge kudos to whoever invented it!!

Yep - Melvin the Giraffe is still hysterical.

"What?! Who says boys shouldn't sit in pink seats?"

After all the playing, Evan works up quite the appetite. He had his first dose of rice cereal on Saturday, and as always, starts crying when he is finished eating. Eventually, (and hopefully) he will learn portion control!

Then we take a bath... don't worry, Ev - we censored you! :o)

Yay, so clean!!

Visit to Towson

We took a day trip with the Grandparents to Towson last weekend to visit Jesse, Jenn and Kate. Evan always rides well (knock on wood!), which always makes the visit quite pleasant! Below, Kate tries so hard to play nicely with Evan. The kiddies were quite squirmy, so I accidently cut off Jenn's head... sorry! :o)

Here's a picture to make up for the one above! :o)

Four Months

Whoa, Evan is four months old!! He can sit well when you support him, and he very much grins and giggles when you make faces at him. In my opinion, he enjoys looking at Josh's face much more than mine -- or perhaps it's just because it's funnier looking!! :o) He goes to the doctor next week, so we'll update you with his stats when we get them. I am sure he is a chunk!! :o)
.
Here is one of Evan's looks that he gives a lot when he is unsure of the situation. It's usually a wide doe-eyed look, and the fists are always in tow.
Here is a piece of the crooked smile that we love so much!
The next famous circus act -- High Flying Evs!
Proving that country boys can survive, Evan plays with his John Deere teether in his fly country outfit.

I went to fetch Evan from a nap, and he was like, "yeah, I'm just chillin'..."
