Ethan was so happy to pretend he was a big boy and sit at the table to read his book while his brothers worked on their legos.
Ryan's creation - a dragon!
And Evan made an awesome treehouse.
Evan trying on Daddy's silly blue wig for spirit week at school - lookin' good! :o)
After what seemed like forever with snow on the ground, we finally had some warmer weather to melt it down and see the grass. Ethan loved shoveling it, sweeping it, throwing it... such a boy!
Two dudes helping shovel the sidewalk.
Evan is showing off his hedgehog craft at school.

...and hanging out in Pop-Pop's truck.

Trampoline dudes!
Evan and Ethan - just two boys with books and their dogs.
And Ry-Ry - a boy with two sharks!
Evan and Ryan took a bike ride with Daddy around the Cape Henlopen park, where they visited quite an array of sights, including this observation tower.
... and this cannon-like apparatus.
And then our world was turned on its side... Evan climbed a tree and fell from way too far. Here he in as we checked in the Emergency Room, where he was super cold and fell asleep waiting for his X-rays and CAT scan.
The overall outcome was that fortunately everything in the CAT scan was negative. He did, however, break both the bones in his right forearm, including one that completely misaligned and they were able to get back to 70% straight (according to the orthopedic surgeon, who was happy with that result). He also scraped his face up pretty good, chipped a tooth, and somehow tore his bottom lip away from his gums. Here is the next day's picture eating breakfast, where is trying to be happy but is still not feeling up to snuff.
The day after that, he came off the Tylenol with codeine and he was much happier!
We helped Aunt Linda celebrate her 60th birthday with a surprise party, and the second generation of Judy cousins shared a corner booth.
Ethan sees a spider. Ethan whacks the spider into itty bitty bits.
Evan enjoyed his first birthday party of the school year. He was the only boy from his class, but he didn't mind.
And after a week of the splint on his arm to allow for the proper swelling, Evan got a cool striped hard cast. Even though it went all the way past his elbow, he was in good spirits about it.
