Getting ready for Christmas!!

We put the Christmas tree up today, and we decided to let Ev touch a little so that he was not as curious and would perhaps leave it alone...

But no... Grandmom had to keep pulling him back!
I think we have a fun (ha ha, is that the word??) month ahead of us keeping him out of it.

Happy Thanksgiving!

We spent most of the Thanksgiving weekend in Preston, Maryland at Josh's uncle's house on the water. With the convenient location, I was able to go out for a lovely Thanksgiving morning kayak ride.

Troublesome

Evan loves to tilt his head to look under things. Here, he is in search of something fun underneath Josh's dresser.

It's a little blurry, but Ev loves to dunk his basketball in his hoop. Well, we call it Evan's basketball hoop, but there have been a few games of PIG played by Josh and I! :o)

So, we cannot leave this little one alone in the living room because he LOVES to climb up on the coffee table! I was in the kitchen this morning and Josh was outside, and through the back door he sees this small one sitting on the cofee table...

Last Sunday, we wanted to watch some football uninterrupted, so we put Ev in the dog kennel.

"Well, if nobody is watching, I'm getting the heck out of here!"
But Aunt Lina caught him!

I was finally able to pick up Evan's last birthday present -- a wagon from my friend Gauri! We put it together (and by we, I mean Josh!), and let Ev take a spin in the house. And yes, that's a pie spatula... :o)
