Merry Christmas!!

2010 Judy Family Photo:
Evan enjoys opening the gifts from his stocking on Christmas morning.

Trying on Dad-Dad's new hat while helping Mom-Mom open her gift.

The small one on Christmas morning.

Checking out Dad-Dad's loot.

Ev's new tricycle.

And of course, he wants to put lots of goodies in the little compartment in the back.

Mom-Mom showing Ev how to dribble the new soccer ball.

And I do believe that Josh's Delaware helmet now ranks above me and just barely below our boys. :o) He shall wear it forever and ever.
Matching Pop-Pop! Nice Christmas Day outfits, no? :o)
Woohoo -- new backpack!
Ryan being wrapped as a little Christmas gift.
Opening gifts from Uncle Josh and Aunt Lina.
And Evan's biggest gift this year was this bounce house that takes up our entire living room. He bounced for over an hour before we decided to call it quits since he was a sweaty little thing and way past nap time. We're hoping to get a LOT of use out of this over the winter (and years to come!), and we hope that Evan gets some playmates over to help him enjoy it! :o)
Bouncing boy.
And of course Dad throws in some balls to make it more fun!
And as if he did not get lots of fun new toys for Christmas, Evan decides he still has fun digging through our cupboards! :o)

It's pretty evident that I went back to work this week, as we have one lone photo for the blog this week... We had quite a busy weekend with seeing Dad-Dad, Mom-Mom, Jared, Gina, Leah and Isaac on Saturday, and a few of the brave ones went to watch the Delaware game, but we completely forgot to break out the camera.
.
Our sole photo for the week is Sultan Ryan in his throne, pink as it is. :o)

And because I feel bad only putting one photo up, here are some of my favorite fall photos that my friend Andrena took right before Halloween.
I'm not sure who is the bigger influence here -- Dad-Dad or his own Dad! :o)

Bowling!

The forecast was pretty poor today, so Pop-Pop took us on the Air Force Base to go bowling. This was Evan's first time bowling, so he was quite excited. Of course, anything involving throwing a ball and knocking things down gets him excited! :o)
.
Picking out a ball.
A little help from Dad to line it up.
And some help from Pop-Pop.
He was such a patient boy waiting his turn.
The action!
Family photo. Yep, this is Ryan during his "nap". At least he's in his jammies... :o)
There's this fun indoor climbing gym at the bolwing alley, which Evan loved. This was the spot where he could see us watching him on the other side of the window, but he tried to hide. Then he got quite excited when he found out we could still see him.
Here are some pictures from earlier in the week. Evan dumped all of his blocks out of this basket so he could sit in it and play with the mailbox. Silly boy!
Ryan sharing Aunt Lina's lap with her bump.
Enjoying some time with Great Grandmom Hertzog.
We realized tummy time is a hit when he's in front of the tv...

Just for Uncle Jas!

We crack ourselves up! Okay, well, at least I crack myself up... :o)

Happy December!

Diesel, the Tummy Time Monitor.
Ryan loves to watch his crib mobile, and I guess Evan thought it looked fun too, so he hopped in to keep him company.
"Eban do it!" [No, that's not a typo... that's how it sounds! :o)]
I bundled up the boys on Friday to take them outside for a bit. It lasted about five whole minutes before I deemed it WAAAAAY too cold and retreated back inside!
"Seriously?"
We tried to set the boys up for our Christmas card photo, and while Josh operated the camera, I was behind him doing my best to clap and act silly to hold Ryan's attention. Evan obviously got into it too... :o)
Looks like future mug shots, doesn't it? Definitely trouble together in the future!! :o)
While Ev still requests his "Smoke a Little Smoke" by saying "Moke Dance", he obviously feels a little Dierks Bentley as well! He has, however, added a diving element to the dance. :o)
