Evan celebrated his nine month birthday on July 4th, and he had his well visit today. This is his last visit before his ONE YEAR check up! Craziness! Ev measured 28 inches long and weighed in at 19 pounds 7 ounces, putting him slightly below 50% in both height and weight. At nine months, Evan is quite loud!! :o) He is doing well with putting together sounds, especially "ma", "da", "ga" and "ba". He is also crawling around like a crazy person and climbing up on everything!
Ev also had a small taste of cat food, so we blocked him off with a sideways chair. This, too, makes a wonderful climbing apparatus.
Evan has no fear, though, so he has taken quite a few tumbles. Check out the poor kid's black eye. :o(

And once again sharing bath time with Diesel. I guess Diesel didn't get the memo that cats aren't supposed to like water...

Yeah... you see that basket of candles under the table? Let's see how long that stays there before you have to put it away... :)

hey! so weird, but Evan is EXACTLY the same as Kate at 9 months!! She was 19 lbs 8 oz and 28.5 inches at that time - crazy!! I am happy to hear that at some point she was only at the 50% mark, because I don't recall her being that low, but that makes me feel better! Yay Ev, we miss him!!
